Our Commitment to Child Safety

The safety of our athletes has always been our highest priority. The following LAQ Statement of Commitment to Child Safety references the existing policies and frameworks in place across our sport.

Spike Wearing Rules

U6 to U10

Are not allowed to wear spiked running shoes with or without blanks.
