Strathpine Little Athletics Conflict Resolution

At Strathpine Little Athletics, we understand that from time to time, concerns or grievances may arise among athletes, parents, or members. Our goal is to resolve these matters respectfully, promptly, and in a way that supports the best interests of everyone involved. We encourage open communication and aim to handle all grievances fairly and confidentially.

Grievance Procedure

-
Initial Discussion - If you have a concern, please first speak with our Parent Liaison Officer or Centre Manager. If they are unavailable, you may approach any committee member in confidence.

-
Escalation - If the issue is not resolved, submit your grievance in writing to the Centre Secretary. It will be added to the agenda for the next Committee Meeting.

-
Respectful Conduct - While the grievance is being reviewed, all parties are expected to continue participating respectfully in club activities and follow club values.
