Requirements for registration:

PROOF OF AGE

One of the following acceptable forms of proof of age must be sighted when signing on:

• Birth Certificate (full or extract)
• Passport
• Notification of Birth Registration
• Baptism Certificate
• Statutory Declaration

TRAILISTS

New athletes are entitled to a 2 week trial period at a cost of $10.00. Trailists must register their names with the Registrar and receive Trialist Slips before they can compete. At the completion of this trial period, full payment must be made if the child is continuing. The $10.00 will be deducted from your registration fee if the child decides to register. Trialists do not receive attendance points or improvement points for the trialing weeks. These points are only recorded from when the athlete is fully registered.

PAYMENT

If not a trialist, full payment (including Parent Help Levy) is expected to be made when signing on. Sorry, no EFTPOS or Credit Card facilities are available.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be given. For this reason new athletes are encouraged to use the trial period if they are unsure what is involved in Little Athletics.

ALL CHILDREN IN ALL AGE GROUPS MUST HAVE A PARENT OR GUARDIAN (OVER 18 ) IN ATTENDANCE AT THE VENUE FOR THE DURATION OF COMPETITION

ANY ATHLETE WHO DOES NOT HAVE A PARENT OR APPOINTED GUARDIAN AT THE VENUE, WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO COMPETE IN THE EVENTS UNTIL A PARAENT OR GUARDIAN ARRIVES.
